LIGHT LISTS
10-30-2008 VOLUME 5 LIGHT LIST NOTE:
Volume 5 of the 2008 Coast Guard Light List, originally published
in September 2008, included information that is not accurately
illustrated. The three pages at the beginning of the publication
and the inside back cover depict Aids to Navigation information
that need to be viewed in color.
In order to provide the maritime community with the best
possible product, the Coast Guard Navigation Center is offering
two alternatives for those who would like the current black
and white pages replaced. The new color pages may be downloaded
from the Aids to Navigation Insert link below and printed
locally for insertion and reference. Additionally mariners
may request a copy of a new color insert from the Navigation
Center by phone: (703) 313-5900, FAX (703) 313-5920 or email
via to the USCG Navigation Information Service (NIS) at TIS-PF-NISWS@uscg.mil
for insertion and reference via general delivery by the US
Postal Service.
